Subscription Information: Payment details are processed by Stripe and we do not store your credit card information. We store subscription status and billing dates. Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service. Profile Information: Industry, use case, and company name are collected optionally to improve our product.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
Video Files: Your video files are never uploaded to our servers. All video processing, including AI auto-tagging, happens entirely on your local device. Video Metadata: Tags, file paths, and organizational data you create stay on your local device in a local SQLite database. Browsing Activity: We do not track your activity within the desktop application.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: - Provide and maintain your account and subscription - Process payments through Stripe - Send important service notifications - Improve our product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns - Respond to support inquiries - Understand our user base for product development (industry and use case data)
