By accessing or using VideoTagger ("the Service"), provided by UNVELL Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VideoTagger is a desktop application for organizing and tagging video files. The Service includes the desktop application, the associated website, and optional account features. AI-powered features run entirely on your local device.
3. Account Registration (Optional)
You can use every feature of the Service without creating an account. Creating one is optional and is intended for syncing settings and using future cloud features. If you do create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account, and you must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Pricing
The Service is provided free of charge. Downloading, installing, and using every feature costs nothing, and no payment information is required. We may add optional paid features, such as cloud integrations, in the future. If we do, the features offered today will remain free to use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Share your account credentials with others - Attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions - Redistribute the software without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
VideoTagger and all related materials are the intellectual property of UNVELL Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, free of charge. You retain full ownership of your video files and any tags or metadata you create.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. UNVELL Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.
8. Data and Privacy
Your video files are processed entirely on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers. If you create an account, that account data is stored securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
