By accessing or using VideoTagger ("the Service"), provided by UNVELL Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VideoTagger is a desktop application for organizing and tagging video files. The Service includes the desktop application, associated website, and subscription management features. AI-powered features run entirely on your local device.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Share your account credentials with others - Attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions - Redistribute the software without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
VideoTagger and all related materials are the intellectual property of UNVELL Inc. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You retain full ownership of your video files and any tags or metadata you create.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. UNVELL Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Data and Privacy
Your video files are processed entirely on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers. Account and subscription data is stored securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
