VideoTagger: a subscription service that grants access to a desktop application for organizing and tagging your local video library.
All video processing, including AI auto-tagging, runs entirely on your local device. Your video files are never uploaded to our servers.
- Price
We offer two plans: a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. The price for each plan is shown on the purchase screen.
Customers in Japan are billed in Japanese yen (consumption tax included). Customers in other regions are billed in US dollars (USD).

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment service. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Internet connection and communication fees required for browsing the site, signing up for the service, and downloading the application are the customer's responsibility.

- Subscription Term & Auto-renewal
VideoTagger is a subscription-based service. The term is one month for monthly plans and one year for annual plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel. The renewal date matches your original sign-up date.
You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time from your account page. The difference is pro-rated automatically.
- Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature.
No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
- Service Delivery Timing
The service becomes available immediately after payment is completed.
For free trials, the service is available immediately after account registration.
- Service Delivery Method
After signing up, download the desktop application from our website and install it on your device.
Launch the app and sign in to begin using your subscription.

- How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Auto-renewal stops upon cancellation.
After cancellation, you continue to have access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Refunds & Cancellation
Customer-initiated mid-term cancellation
Because VideoTagger becomes available immediately after payment as a digital service, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period when you cancel mid-term. Please use the 30-day free trial to verify the service fits your workflow before subscribing.
Defects in the service
If a defect is discovered in the service, we will provide a corrected update or remedy the issue by other appropriate means.
- Special Conditions
This service is not subject to the cooling-off period under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
